We're sorry to see you go. Before you proceed, please understand that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted?
• Your profile and personal information
• Investment history and portfolio data
• Transaction records (kept for legal compliance per UAE regulations)
• Saved preferences and documents


What is NOT automatically deleted?
• Any pending investments or withdrawals (must be settled first)

Steps to delete your account from the Rewoa Mobile App

Step 1

Open the Rewoa app on your mobile device and log into your account.

Step 2

Tap on your Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Step 3

Scroll down and tap on Settings (gear icon).

Step 4

Under "Account Management", tap on Delete Account or Close Account.

Step 5

You will be asked to confirm your password or verify your identity via OTP sent to your registered email/phone.

Step 6

Read the warning carefully, then tap Permanently Delete.


After deletion, you will receive a confirmation email. Your account will be deactivated immediately and fully erased within 30 days.

Can't access the app?

If you cannot log into the app (forgotten password, lost access), please email our support team from your registered email address with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
